KOENJIHYAKKEI\u2019s third album revamped, revisited and on vinyl for the first time.\u00a0<\/strong>Years after its original 2001 release, band leader\u00a0Tatsuya Yoshida<\/strong>\u00a0and the current\u00a0Koenjihyakkei<\/strong>\u00a0line-up\u00a0(as heard on \u201cDhorimvishka\u201d)<\/em>\u00a0returned to the\u00a0\u2018Nivraym\u2019\u00a0<\/em>master recordings and went to work – adding new flourishes, additional overdubs and re-recorded drum tracks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAfter years of working with Tatsuya\u2019s (other band) Ruins, we released Koenjihyakkei\u2019s fourth album “Angherr Shisspa\u201d in 2005. Then we brought their first, second and third albums out internationally.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 comments\u00a0Mark Fischer<\/strong>, the founder and CEO of\u00a0SKiN GRAFT Records<\/strong>.\u00a0\u201cIn 2018, Koenjhyakkei returned to great acclaim with album number five \u201cDhorimviskha\u201d, which we followed up with a vinyl release of \u201cAngherr Shisspa\u201d. Now we\u2019re bringing back the third album under the title \u201cNivraym (Revisited)\u201d. It\u2019s received an extensive overhaul since its original Japanese release. When the 2023 version is compared to the 2001 original, it is a huge difference\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For its first ever vinyl release, the album has been remixed, remastered and re-sequenced for this revolutionary revisitation – the band\u2019s purest, most uncompromising expression of\u00a0Zeuhl<\/em>\u00a0music to date; blending\u00a0progressive rock<\/em>,\u00a0symphonic rock<\/em>,\u00a0fusion\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0neoclassicism<\/em>\u00a0with the energy of\u00a0hardcore<\/em>\u00a0punk, the volume of\u00a0metal<\/em>\u00a0and the attitude of rock in opposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
