Industry<\/em> (Liquid Len Recording Company) is the forthcoming album from London trio Decommissioned Forests<\/a>: an ambient-infused, post-industrial journey through uneasy electronica, accompanied by a sometimes bleak, sometimes hopeful spoken-word narration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Decommissioned Forests<\/a>\u00a0is a collaboration between post-progressive multi-instrumentalist\u00a0Daniel Vincent<\/strong>\u00a0(The Resonance Association), industrial electro-punk\u00a0Max Rael<\/strong>\u00a0(History Of Guns) and experimental musician, CG artist, and film-maker\u00a0Howard Gardner<\/strong>\u00a0(Non-Bio, Pillars of Golden Misery).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brought together by a shared love of outsider luminaries such as Coil, Brian Eno, Current 93, Cluster, Nine Inch Nails, Aphex Twin, Nurse With Wound, and Throbbing Gristle, they have been making music together since 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The album has been preceded by the release of three video singles: \u2018Ants Part 1 \u2013 Our Last Supper<\/a>\u2019 (December 2021); \u2018Drop Brick<\/a>\u2019 (January 2022); and the unsettling ten-minute film accompanying \u2018A Comforting Uncertainty<\/a>\u2019 (February 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
