Brazilian progressive rock \/ metal trio Pentral <\/a><\/strong>presents their single‘Aiming For The Sun’<\/strong><\/a>on the heels of lead tracks ‘All My Wounds’<\/strong><\/a> and ‘Silent Trees’<\/a> <\/strong>– all foreshadowing their debut long-player ‘What Lies Ahead <\/strong>of Us’<\/strong><\/a>. Set for release in May 2021, this concept album is a reflection on today’s society, presenting the saga of a lowly couple fighting for their lives and sanity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of their heavier offerings to date, \u2018Aiming For The Sun\u2019 keeps the groove flowing. A tragic reflection on today’s society, this long-player is a concept album addresses the tragic reality of many Amazon dwellers, whose habitat, lifestyle and livelihood are brutally taken from them, not to mention the destruction of the forest itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through their videos and lyrics, Pentral tells the story about the destruction and pilfering of the Amazon’s natural habitat. The video for the new single, as well as earlier video for ‘Silent Trees’<\/strong>, was filmed in their native Amazon \u2013 as chapters in a dedicated saga that will unfold, track by track. Directed by Roger Elarrat and produced by Luana Klautau, this also involves Lucas Esc\u00f3cio as director of photography and editor Roger Elarrat, this video features actors Anne Costa, Guto Galv\u00e3o, Eduarda Cursino, Boris Knez and Aldo Lima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
