Scores of fans then streamed the new original track \u2018My Valentine\u2019, many assuming it would be the new record\u2019s title track.\u00a0 While a few Twitter hints have been dropped and rumours have run rampant, Paul puts an end to speculation today, confirming that the album will indeed be titled \u2018Kisses On The Bottom\u2019.<br \/>Paul has apparently had some fun with his choice of album title\u2014while causing some confusion amongst those who have historically subjected his every move to microscopic scrutiny (with many fixating on an anatomical interpretation!). The phrase \u2018Kisses On The Bottom,\u2019 however, actually comes from the album\u2019s opener \u2018I\u2019m Gonna Sit Right Down And Write Myself A Letter\u2019. Originally made a big hit by Fats Waller in 1935, the song opens with the lines \u2018I\u2019m gonna sit right down and write myself a letter and make believe it came from you.\u00a0 I\u2019m gonna write words oh so sweet.\u00a0 They\u2019re gonna knock me off of my feet.\u00a0 A lot of kisses on the bottom, I\u2019ll be glad I got \u2018em\u2019.<br \/>\u2018Kisses On The Bottom\u2019 is a collection of standards Paul grew up listening to in his childhood as well as the two new McCartney compositions \u2018My Valentine\u2019 and \u2018Only Our Hearts\u2019.\u00a0 With the help of Grammy Award-winning producer Tommy LiPuma and Diana Krall and her band\u2014as well as guest appearances from Eric Clapton and Stevie Wonder, McCartney\u2019s new album is a deeply personal journey through classic American compositions that, in some cases, a young Paul first heard his father perform on piano at home.\u00a0 The full tracklisting reveals that Paul has been both reverent and adventurous in his song choices.<\/p>\n<p>Kisses On The Bottom \u2013 Full Tracklisting <br \/>Standard CD \u2013 14 tracks<br \/>01.
