As a founding member and bassist of<strong>\u00a0INXS\u00a0<\/strong>and with over 50 million in worldwide album sales; Beers has returned to the scene with\u00a0<strong>AshenMoon<\/strong>\u00a0to continue his rock legacy. Alongside\u00a0Garry\u00a0is\u00a0<strong>Toby Rand,\u00a0<\/strong>a man with one of the\u00a0best Rock voices on the planet.<br><br>When they first began writing their debut record;\u00a0Beers, Rand\u00a0and guitarist\u00a0<strong>Jimmy Khoury<\/strong>\u00a0unravelled their personal songwriting talent and began collaborating on what was originally a \u201cPassion Project\u201d in Beers\u2019 garage.\u00a0There, in the heat of the San Fernando Valley (L.A.), they created the recipe and sound of\u00a0<strong>AshenMoon.<\/strong>\u00a0A fusion of 70&#8217;s, new wave and modern rock n roll.\u00a0<br><br><strong>Khoury\u00a0<\/strong>is a very highly regarded and successful film and television composer and has also written and performed with a plethora of high-profile artists.\u00a0<br><br>Additional songwriting was delivered by UK pianist\u00a0<strong>Kenny Dickenson\u00a0<\/strong>(<strong>KT Tunstall, Billy Bragg\u00a0<\/strong>etc.) and Australian drummer\u00a0<strong>Sebastian Gregory<\/strong>\u00a0(<strong>The Veronica\u2019s<\/strong>).<br><br>Produced by Beers (co-produced by Rand), their upcoming debut album is influenced by the electronic grooves of Beers\u2019 work with\u00a0<strong>INXS\u00a0<\/strong>fuelled by memorable riffs inspired by Khoury\u2019s work with\u00a0<strong>Beth Hart<\/strong>, whilst Rand traverses his range emotionally with tales of heartbreak, love and redemption; something uniquely his own.\u00a0<br><br>Mixed by Grammy award winner\u00a0<strong>David Reitzas<\/strong>\u00a0and mastered by Howie Weinberg (Jeff Buckley), the\u00a0<strong>AshenMoon<\/strong>\u00a0record is majestically anthemic, whilst remaining magnetically intimate. It is an album full of arena-ready hooks and exudes a powerful rock blend of honesty, integrity and smouldering intensity.<br><strong><em>\u201cNot since my days with INXS have I felt more connected to music.
