Recorded in Nashville, TN, with award winning producer Thomm Jutz, Auburn released their 5th CD,\u00a0Game of Faith<\/em>\u00a0(SR040CD) in June 2019. The album was mainly written in the last few months of 2018, in a flurry of outpouring! As always Liz Lenten’s prolific song writing themes cover a range of reflections of emotions and situations \u2013 focusing this album on Trust, in all sorts of relationships and situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Auburn has released a new single from the album \u201cProsecco Fuelled Profiles\u201d. Says Liz,\u00a0\u201c\u2026so, it’s a bit of a shock to the system to find your self single again after 25 years\u2026..so late one rather tipsy\u00a0girls’ night in, after a LOT of Prosecco, my wonderful friends decided to write a dating profile for me! \u2013 I sounded amazing once they had finished! I lost my bottle and never posted it \u2013 but it did inspire me to write this song! This is, of course, dedicated to ALL the single ladies!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A unique ‘take that’ card\/board game \u2013 that heavily features interpersonal ‘politics’, tactics and social interactions\u2026..you can ‘help’ or ‘hinder’ others in the game \u2013 a bit like real life!!\u00a0The game is based on the songs, lyrics and the ‘non-rules’ as defined on the album:<\/p>\n\n\n\n


1. There is no limit to the non – rules\u2026and all that there are, will be broken2. You can make your own non- rules\u2026.and still break them3. There is no set judge \u2013 you can choose between:\u00a0a) A greater divine judgeb) Your fellow manc) Yourself4. There are winners and there are losers throughout the game5. You can control some moves, but most are totally out of your control6. Your start point, gender, sexual orientation, race or creed is random<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Aim: To get through the game and remain in one piece
It’s a lot of fun to play! It includes elements of all sorts of games \u2013 strategy, cyclical board, cards that instruct play, social dynamics, dice rolling\u2026 The goal is to move your character one full revolution around the cyclical board, before anyone else. Each player has a random start point but must travel clockwise around the board to reach their starting point as fast as possible. This is accomplished by playing cards that have a variety of effects, including moving multiple players, stealing cards, switching places with another player, and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
