Ahead of the release of their new album\u2018Beauty Re-Envisioned\u2019<\/strong><\/a>, LA-based supergroup Beauty in Chaos<\/a> <\/strong>is previewing the track \u2018Drifting Away\u2019 <\/strong>ft<\/strong>. Robin Zander (Synthetic Capricorn Mix)<\/strong><\/a>. Remixed by Paul Wiley (Marilyn Manson) <\/strong>and Steven Alexander Ryan (The Black Queen)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This remix \u2013 one of the album\u2019s bonus tracks \u2013 has been disassembled and eloquently reconstructed for the new album. In addition to lead vocals by Robin Zander (Cheap Trick)<\/strong>, this track also features Michael Anthony (Van Halen)<\/strong>, Ashton Nyte (The Awakening)<\/strong>and Marc Danzeisen (Riverdogs) <\/strong>on backing vocals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beauty in Chaos is the brainchild of guitarist Michael Ciravolo<\/strong>. Originally from New Orleans and now based in Los Angeles, Ciravolo has played guitar in Human Drama<\/a> <\/strong>for the past 30 years, most recently on \u2018Broken Songs for Broken People\u2019<\/a> <\/strong>(2017). Perhaps best known as President of Schecter Guitar Research<\/strong><\/a>, he has also played live and recorded with Michael Aston\u2019s Gene Loves Jezebel <\/strong>since 1998.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhen Michael ask me to help create a song for an album he was working on I had no second thoughts. This man is a real class act. He and his wife Tish built these extraordinary guitar companies that have created a niche in a very competitive field to say the least. He built my signature Dream Police guitar that was featured on the tonight show. When I told him I was giving instruments to my son and daughter\u2019s school for lack of a music program he and Tish (Daisy Rock Guitars) presented them with 20 instruments,” says Robin Zander<\/strong>.
\u201cWe\u2019ve had a great relationship and I was proud to be part of something I new would be great… especially when I heard that Michael Anthony (bass player and my wife\u2019s favorite singer in Van Halen) would also be performing on the record.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michael Anthony <\/strong>notes, \u201cIt was an honor and a pleasure to sing some background vocals to Robin Zander\u2019s lead on the song Drifting Away. I\u2019ve always been a fan of Cheap Trick and Robin\u2019s vocals.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier the band presented \u2018Un-Natural Disaster\u2019<\/strong><\/a> ft. dUg Pinnick, Zakk Wylde and Ice-T (Collide Mix)<\/strong>, which premiered in Rolling Stone<\/strong><\/a>. This was the first single from their soon-to-be-released album, which includes an extremely wide variety of remixes and alternate versions of many of the tracks that appear on Beauty in Chaos\u2019 debut album \u2018Finding Beauty in Chaos\u2019<\/strong><\/a>. Both albums are produced by Ministry<\/strong>‘s Grammy-nominated producer Michael Rozon <\/strong>at Ciravolo’s own SAINTinLA Studio.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The debut album \u2018Finding Beauty in Chaos\u2019 <\/strong>features numerous music luminaries, including Wayne Hussey <\/strong>(The Mission<\/a>), Simon Gallup <\/strong>(The Cure<\/a>), Robin Zander <\/strong>(Cheap Trick<\/a>), Pete Parada <\/strong>(The Offspring<\/a>), dUg Pinnick <\/strong>(Kings X<\/a>), ICE-T <\/strong>(Body Count<\/a>), Michael Aston <\/strong>(Gene Loves Jezebel<\/a>), Michael Anthony <\/strong>(Van Halen<\/a>), Dirk Doucette <\/strong>(Gene Loves Jezebel<\/a>), Ashton Nyte (The Awakening), Pando <\/strong>(A Flock of Seagulls<\/a>), Evi Vine<\/strong><\/a>, Betsy Martin  <\/strong>(Caterwaul<\/a>\/Purr Machine<\/a>), Marc Danzeisen <\/strong>(The Riverdogs<\/a>), Kevin Kipnis <\/strong>(Purr Machine<\/a>\/ Kommunity FK), Rudy Matchinga <\/strong>(Red Scare<\/a>), Johnny Indovina <\/strong>(Human Drama<\/a>), and Tish Ciravolo (StunGun\/ <\/strong>Daisy Rock Guitars<\/a>)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About \u2018Drifting Away\u2019, Beauty In Chaos <\/strong>main-man Michael Ciravolo <\/strong>says, \u201cThis song has what to me is the truly special element of BIC, putting artists together that on the surface might seem a tad strange. I think Paul and Steven did a great job on this remix, keeping Robin\u2019s catchy vocal melodies and and playing up Michael Anthony and Aston\u2019s parts.  Musically they injected a bit of Manson-inspired electronics along with a cool \u2018Sgt Pepper-esque\u2019 twist, taking it to a different place than the original version that appears on the debut \u2018Finding Beauty in Chaos\u2019 album.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On June 21, ‘Beauty Re-Envisioned\u2019 will be released via LA-based label 33.3 Music Collective<\/a> <\/strong>on deluxe CD and limited-edition heavy-weight colored vinyl. It will also be available digitally across online stores, including iTunes<\/strong><\/a>, and streaming platforms like Spotify<\/a>. <\/strong>CDs and vinyl can be ordered from the Beauty in Chaos website at https:\/\/www.beautyinchaosmusic.com\/music-store<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
