Californian blues-rockers RIVAL SONS have had one of their songs featured in the new Hollywood movie, Real Steel.
The band’s track “Torture”, taken from their self-titled digital EP, can be heard during the movie, which stars Hugh Jackman and is set in the near future where robot boxing is a top sport.

RIVAL SONS frontman JAY BUCHANAN comments:

“When I wrote this song, the last thing I had in mind was a boxing robot fighting a bull. I was actually envisioning Elvira wrestling a bear, but I guess this will do until Dreamworks buys my script.”
