* Total revenue of $652 million declined 16% from the prior-year quarter, and was down 15% on a constant-currency basis.

* Digital revenue was $179 million, or 27% of total revenue, up 2% from $175 million in the prior-year quarter and down 10% sequentially from the second quarter of fiscal 2010. On a constant-currency basis, digital revenue was up 1% from the prior-year quarter and fell 9% sequentially.

After winning a federal court ruling that the use of their copyrighted songs in campaign ads was infringing, musicians Don Henley, Mike Campbell and Danny Kortchmar have agreed to settle their damages claims against California politician Chuck DeVore and campaign worker Justin Hart for an undisclosed amount.

MelodicRock Records announces the signing of Norwegian modern melodic pop/rockers Fenrik Lane for the physical world release of their new album "317" (three-seventeen) on September 17 (September 10 for pre-orders).

Fenrik Lane originate from Bergen, Norway. They have been playing together since 1997, making their debut in 1998 with the single “Shoe”, the result of coming first place in a rock competition. In 2002 they released the independent EP “Come Down Here” which sold an amazing 20,000 copies in their native country – a result of constant touring and an acclaimed energetic live show.
